This is one of Gala Bakery's signature creations inspired by the originals from Eastern Europe. Our Burek is made from multiple layers of paper-thin, hand-tossed delicate pastry, enveloping a layer of sweet or savoury filling. It is a very versatile dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner complemented by a soup and/or salad for a very hearty meal. Flavours include a delicious blend of fresh Ricotta and crumbly Feta.

A hand-tossedpastry, packed with flavour and baked in a perfect muffin sized served, it is powerful enough to stand alone as a breakfast dish or an appetizer but versatilie enough to be the perfect compement to a soup or sald for lunch or dinner. With a variety of flavours, including vegetarian opeitons, Baka's Savouries are the wholesome and healthy treat that will satisy everyone. Burek is a traditional Eastern European pie made of multiple layers of paper-thin, flaky pastry which envelope fragrant fillings such as a fresh mixture of ricotta and feta cheeses, or a combination of these cheeses and healthful spinach. It is a mouth wateringly good pie which can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Bakas are a Gala Bakery creation, inspired by our Burek. A hand-tossed pastry packed with flavour and offered in a muffin-sized serving.
