Jufka

Gala’s Jufka are traditionally prepared, handmade pastry sheets imported from Europe and made from simple ingredients and rolled out extremely thin. It is well known for its simplicity, taste and artisanal preparation. Easy to use and containing very little fat, it can have both savoury and sweet applications.

Baklava

Gala Bakery’s Baklava is hand made from delicate layers of phyllo pastry filled with delicious chopped California walnuts, baked and soaked in sweet syrup with a touch of lemon, a mouth-watering delicacy that has been honed to perfection.
